Sourcing of B-BBEE aligned unemployed candidates both abled and disabled, sourced
according to Provincial or National Economically Active Population (EAP) Targets.

At the end of the Learnership, we will do our utmost best to assist companies with the absorption of their learners in
sustainable and suitable positions.As the end goal is for all our learners to achieve full time employment.
